Open Capital Advisors entrusted us with the design and construction of their private office space, encompassing an area of 200 square meters. As a full turnkey design and build contractor, we handled every detail of the project, from dry walling and MEP installations to carpentry and joinery, aluminium/glass partitioning, paint application, gypsum suspended ceilings, and even biometric access control. Our focus was on creating a corporate work environment that reflects professionalism, functionality, and a seamless integration of the necessary elements for optimal workflow and productivity.
