The Pearl House project on Bunyonyi Drive showcases an ambitious and successfully completed full turnkey design and build endeavor, boasting an impressive 900 sqm office building. Our scope of work encompassed various critical aspects, including civil works, meticulous finishes with high-quality fixtures and fittings, borehole installation for water supply, aesthetically pleasing landscaping, and comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations, resulting in a modern and fully functional office space.
